Authorities report 465 fatalities and nearly 366 missing, with rescue operations ongoing. Flooding risk has subsided, and recovery efforts are underway.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Power &amp; Connectivity:<\/strong> Electricity and internet services have largely been restored in Colombo and suburbs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Road Access:<\/strong> Major roads are open; some secondary routes remain under repair, causing minor disruptions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Emergency Services:<\/strong> Relief efforts continue for affected families.<\/li>\n<li><strong>APL Logistics CFS Facilities:<\/strong> No direct impact; operations have normalized.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Port Operations:<\/strong> Fully operational.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Factory Deliveries:<\/strong> Delays persist due to localized infrastructure damage. (12-13moves\/Hr)<\/li>\n<li><strong>APL Logistics CFS &#8211; <\/strong>Fully operational (APLL Staffs &#8211; 100% reported &amp; CFS, surveyor, labors &#8211; 65% reported)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Empty Yards:<\/strong> Started operations, but slow. Heavy water clogging, very low productivity, and skeletal staff turnaround.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Approach Roads:<\/strong> Terminal, CFS and Empty yards: Badly affected still.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Liner Support: <\/strong>Normal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In summary, delays may be experienced in shipments and factory deliveries across Sri Lanka and South India as a result of Cyclone Ditwah, with full operational recovery dependent on weather conditions and infrastructure repairs.
