The Labor Minister also announced that the Canada Industrial Relations Board (CIRB) is directed to impose binding arbitration between the tier-one railways and the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference (TCRC). The CIRB will also extend the terms of all parties\u2019 current collective agreements until new deals have been signed.
